Upon arrival, guests must go to the main reception, located on Rua Prudêncio do Amaral (side street of the building), where a facial registration for all guests will be completed to grant access.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Always use the provided bathroom bin.

Please take care of bed linens and towels. They must not be used to remove makeup, hair dye, or any products that may cause permanent stains. In case of damage, a fee of R$50.00 per item may be charged.

The garbage disposal area is located in the hallway, through a door next to the service elevator.

In the basement (parking level), the building offers:

A convenience mini-market;

Self-service laundry with washers and dryers (payment by credit card directly at the machines);

A free filtered ice machine.

The building provides a complimentary beach umbrella loan service at the beach exit. Guests may take it when going to the beach and must return it afterwards. Subject to availability. In case of loss, damage, or failure to return, a fee of R$200.00 will be charged.

The Wi-Fi password is displayed on a small sign placed above the TV furniture in the living room.
